    You can start looking for jobs right away upon landing on DevJ.net home page. The advanced search box will help you refine your search. If you want to take full advantage of DevJ.net's feature, it is recommended to register first, then post a resume and start receiving job alerts.

    When you signup, DevJ tailors the website to your needs: you are provide with a private and secure area, you can post your resume, you receive customized job alert, employers can hunted you and contact you directly, your exposure increases and as consequence, your chance of getting a job rises.

  13. How do I delete my account?
    If for any reason should you need to remove your account from DevJ.net, simply draw a line to support@devj.net with the subject "delete my account". Please, allow 24h to be withdrawn from the database. You are welcome to sign up again at anytime.

  15. Why my job alert is not relevant to what I am looking for?
    To receive job alert that are of interest to you, make sure the 'Enable filter' box is checked in your private area. Login into your account and click on 'Email alerts' on the main page. Check the box 'Enable Filter'. Enter your filter criteria in the search box. Choose keywords describing the jobs your are looking for: keywords for the job title and keywords for the job description. Enter those keywords in the Title field and the Description field respectively. If you want a specific location or organization, fill in those fields. You may also want to choose the type of the organization. Use the drop down box for this purpose.

    Go to the main page and fill in the search box fields. All fields are optional. Enter your search criteria in the search box. Choose keywords that best describe the kind of jobs your are looking for: keywords for the job title and keywords for the job description. Enter those keywords in the Title field and the Description field respectively. If you want a specific location or organization, fill in those fields. You may also want to choose the type of the organization. Use the drop down box for this purpose.

  19. I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
    Reset your password here. Your password can only be reset. It cannot be retrieved because DevJ.net uses password encryption. Once your password is reset, login into your account and change it there.

    Login into your account. Click on "account" from the main menu and choose "change password".

    If you did not receive the email within five minutes, the possible reason is that your email provider may have filtered it out as a possible spam. Check your junk email. If you receive it as a spam, depending on your email provider, you should be able to correct it.

    Login into your account, then you will be able to edit and modify any of your information. To modify the resume, simply remove it and re-post it again.

  29. How do I unsubscribe to job alerts?
    Each job alert has a link (the last phrase of the email alert) which enables you to cancel the subscription. Simply click the link to cancel it.

  31. How do I subscribe to job alerts?
    You subscribe to the job alert when you register to DevJ.net. There is an option which you select to receive job alerts. In case you did not subscribe when you registered, you can enable job alert feature by logging into your account, clicking on "Email Alerts" from the main page, and answering "yes" to the question "Do you want to receive daily alerts to your Inbox?".

  33. Why I am not receiving job alerts?
    You might have registered with the wrong email address. A small mistake in your email for example. In this case, email job.alerts@devj.net with the correct email so that we take action to correct it. Another reason is that your email provider may have filtered it out as a possible spam. Check your junk email. If you receive it as a spam, depending on your email provider, you should be able to correct it.
